Which means I know how to turn life’s more challenging experiences into something positive and creative. I want you to not only see who you can be, but help you live to your greatest potential. Expressing your truth in spiritual, literary, musical, or artistic pursuit nourishes the soul and is a key to freedom.
I’ve personally overcome many challenges and unexpected experiences. Because of my suffering after childhood trauma, sexual assault, depression, PTSD, a few near-death experiences and sometimes feeling like I don’t fit in, I embody compassion, acceptance, integrity, and heart in my connections and all that I do.
I believe that you can run, but you cannot hide from the pain in your life. Eventually, you will be called back home. Taking to task our consciousness means peering into all rooms, and to be honest with ourselves about what we find, so we can feel it, heal it, and not pass it on. Your world as you know it, may fall apart in the process, and your house may dismantle, but that’s so you can build anew on a strong foundation; your growth measured brick by brick. A spiritual practice strengthens you on your quest to remember, so you feel safe to create in your life again, or for the first time ever. My writing journey gave me knowledge, which is something I wish to pass on to others.

I want to help open the eyes and hearts of many so they can experience a multidimensional, multi-sensory life.
